1. Services Provided

Shany Advisory provides consultation and educational support services related to:

Child support process guidance (not legal advice)
Academic and college readiness support
Financial aid and FAFSA navigation
Mock interviews and career preparation
Parenting workshops
Startup business consulting and strategy

All services are intended for informational and strategic purposes only.

2. No Legal Advice

Shany Advisory does not provide legal advice.

No attorney-client relationship is created

Clients are encouraged to seek licensed legal counsel for legal matters

3. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated scheduling system
A $150 flat fee is required to secure an initial consultation
Ongoing services are billed at $35 per hour unless otherwise agreed
Payment must be made in full prior to services being rendered

4. No Refund PolicyAll payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of consulting services and time reserved for each client:

Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds
Late arrivals will not extend session time

5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be denied
Repeated rescheduling may result in service termination

6. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Participate actively in sessions
Understand that outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances

Shany Advisory does not guarantee specific results.

7. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law.

However:

Confidentiality is not protected under attorney-client privilege
Information may be disclosed if required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

Shany Advisory is not liable for:

Any decisions made based on information provided
Outcomes related to legal, financial, academic, or business matters
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of services is at your own discretion and risk.
